Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing
Anthology of Crumbs

This vegan blue cheese dressing delivers that unmistakable tang and chunkiness, all without dairy. Nutritional yeast and tahini give it depth, while crumbled tofu brings the chunky “blue cheese” texture. A splash of apple cider vinegar sharpens the flavor, and optional parsley brightens it up. Perfect for pouring over crisp salads or serving as a dip on a platter of fresh vegetables.
