Thick, chewy, and just sweet enough, these cookies bring together peanut butter, chocolate, and a boost of protein. Easy to stir together and bake in minutes, they’re the kind of cookie you’ll reach for after the gym, as an afternoon pick-me-up, or even as a quick breakfast on the go.

GoodProtein vanilla powder works beautifully here, but any similar protein powder can be used.

These protein-packed cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Sweetened with brown sugar and enriched with vanilla protein powder, they’re a wholesome treat that doubles as a quick snack or post-workout bite. With GoodProtein powder, each cookie has a little extra staying power. But mostly, they just taste like dessert.

I’ll preface this by saying I’m not a chef — just someone who loves to cook and needed a place to gather and share the recipes that have shaped my kitchen.

From the classics that are always on rotation to the discoveries I’ve stumbled upon along the way, you’ll find them here. Each recipe is shared in its original form, with Anthology’s Notes added at the end to reflect the tweaks and touches that suit our table.

Over the years I’ve tried to make many recipes my own, so you’ll also see those variations woven in.

Basically: cook, taste, adjust, and repeat.
